He provides timely and effective resolution to legal issues attempting mediations and friendly resolutions of controversies to minimize the costs for the client in engaging in courts procedures. But also, he represents clients in an intense practice in the Dominican Republic Courts, including banks, real estate companies and investors, importers and distributors, supermarket and stores, hotels & resorts, insurance companies, social security systems companies. Mr. León also handles consumer issues, defense of competence and, a wide range of administrative instances regulated by special Laws.

Mr. De León has handled a number of contested cases in all Dominican Republic legal areas: foreclosures, lender rights, discovery and preparation for trials in civil and commercial courts (including breach of contract claims, shareholders disputes), labor courts (including termination of employment agreement, worker compensations claims) , family courts, administrative trials whether in  the Superior Administrative Court and also in reconsiderations matters and other administrative  proceedings, consultations to labor unions, among others.
